Here at Free Line Rental Mobile we always list our deals in order of effective cost. That is to say we take off all discounts and give the average monthly rental.
So, if you take out a 12 month contract at £20 with 6 months free, we will show the average line rental as being £10.
To see the actual monthly cost (for the 6 months you would pay) you would need to look at the “Tariff” column.
We feel that this makes it easier for our users to compare the deals.
If we did not do this we would have to try and compare a myriad of different variables, the results of which would be inconsistent.
The disadvantage of listing our deals by effective cost is that we assume you will successfully claim 100% back on any redemption offers. Clearly this is not always going to be the case, as some people will forget to make a claim on time, or fall fould of one of the other pitfalls associated with some of these deals (instant cashback is not affected, only cashback by redemption).
Overall, we think you will find our service easier to use with this layout, just be sure to properly read the terms and conditions on any redemption offers you take out!
